Get To Know Alex

Early in her career, Alex’s focus was centered around co-occurring disorders and substance abuse counseling in a residential setting. Now she focuses on children and adolescents struggling with behavioral issues or dealing with trauma. Still a large part of her experience is with crisis work. Alex has even spent several years working as a crisis counselor and emergency screener in an emergency room. 

She’s focused on helping her clients adapt to life’s stressors and learn how to be the best version of themselves. With specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis counseling, and trauma-informed psychotherapy, she helps her clients there.
