When Maria founded Reimagined Mind in 2021, it was because of her passion to help spread mental health beyond just the mind. Her holistic approach is rooted in a belief that mental health is physical health.

Maria wants her clients to reimagine what’s possible—through her guidance, her clients are realizing their fullest potential. And she does this by first taking a student-like approach.

​Maria listens first. Her aim is always to see the world the way her clients experience it. Then using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, she helps her clients find the light within themselves.
